The Wellness Extension is located at MMC's Vernon Center at 11031 Perry Highway in Meadville, 814-724-2348.

Wellness Extension hours are: 
Monday - Thursday  5:15am - 9:00pm
Friday 5:15am - 8:00 pm
Saturday & Sunday  7:00 am - 3:00 pm
